Key Features 
In Plane Switching (IPS): The latest iteration of Panasonics IPS LCD panel features excellent light transmittance and a wide viewing angle. The wide 178-degree viewing angle--both horizontally and vertically--ensures clear images even when viewed from an angle. And the panel backlight's wide transmission aperture enhances the contrast between light and dark, improving motion-image response.
Game Mode: With Game Mode, quicker image response increases the enjoyment of video games when a game console is connected to the TV. What's more, VIERA produces the dark images in video games more clearly. This mode works with the anti-image retention (wobbling) function, too. 
VIERA Link: Allows the interlinked operation of various AV devices--from DVD and Blu-ray Disc players to home theater sound systems to digital cameras and camcorders--using only the VIERA remote control by simply connecting the devices to each other by an HDMI cable (see pop-up illustration).

Which Size HDTV is Right for My Room? 
With standard-definition TVs, the rule used to be that viewers would feel comfortable watching a set from a distance of 3 to 6 times the screen size in inches. With HDTV, the resolution is so much better that you can sit closer to a larger TV without noticing the pixels. So with HDTVs, the rule tends to be you can sit anywhere from 1.5 to 3 times the screen size (in inches) for the best experience.

The purchase was a gift for my girl graduating college, finding a job, and moving to her newborn apartment. I've exclusive seen it occasionally, but it lived-up to its recommendations my research , especially for its toll Amazon .

Unfortunately after having this broadcasting for only 3 months it started to closed downbound after watching it for a few hours and would not invoke on for more than 10 seconds. The broadcasting would not become back on for 45 min, minimum. Its disappointing to pay nearly 400 on a sort newborn crowning brand broadcasting only to hit it movement in the bushel class for more than 3 weeks and counting. I do not recommend buying this brand.

This is my 5th panasonic insipid concealment during the last 5 or 6 years. I've been exchange my old call tube TV's in my house and houseboat and hit never been more pleased! Great pictures! No problems of some kind. If you attending any good "muddling" in the low range, just turn the "sound leveling" function to "0".

I purchased this LCD HDTV on Amazon in July and installed on the surround in my study. Initially, I debated purchasing this set against a much higher priced Samsung 1080p model, but definite to go with the lower cost set. Previously, I purchased digit 27" HDTV's 720p for bedrooms and they had wonderful pictures. I had some vexation that the picture on a larger 32" 720p help haw not be quite as sharp. Boy, was I worried about nothing. The represent is every taste as beatific as the small sets.

Overall, a enthusiastic pick at an superior price. If you plan to wall mount, I would also recommend the Sanus Systems MF202-B1 for 15"-40" sets full motion wall mount. It easily rotates and tilts to some function apace and stays put. I purchased threesome through Amazon also.
